1. Orders and Changes

* Orders can be placed through the website or via Whatsapp

*Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final.

*No add-ons, changes or modifications can be made to an order after it has been placed.

We currently accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ Bank Transfer only.

2.2 Order Processing:

Your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. Immediate payment is recommended to avoid delays.

2.3 Order Cancellation:
Orders not paid within seven (7) days will be automatically cancelled without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery 

3.1 Delivery Timeframe:
Once dispatched, orders typically take 5–7 working days to arrive.

3.3 Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes.

4. Products and Stock Availability 

Products are subject to availability.

Items listed as “out of stock” cannot be reserved.
