Policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. 

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, your order will be placed on backorder and fulfilled as soon as the item becomes available.

A refund will not be issued for out-of-stock items.  We will notify you via Whatsapp if there are any significant delays.
